Garuda Online Travel Fair; 170,000 Promo Tickets Available

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Garuda Indonesia announced that as many as 170,000 promotion tickets for domestic flights are still available in Garuda Online Travel Fair (GOTF) that will end on April 12, 2019. The total promotion ticket offered by the state airlines reached 500,000 seats.

Garuda Indonesia Vice President Corporate Secretary, M. Ikhsan Rosan, said many favorable destinations were almost sold out. Thus, he appealed to the people willing to get the offer to be thorough in booking the flight schedule during the event.

“Make sure the chosen departure date is in line with the available promotion fare,” said Ikhsan in a written statement received by Tempo on Tuesday, April 9.

The 2019 GOTF is established starting April 1 to commemorate the 21st anniversary of the SOE Ministry. Garuda Indonesia offers various promotion airfares with special discounts for domestic flights.

Several routes available in the Garuda Online Travel Fair include Jakarta – Padang, Jakarta – Lombok, Jakarta – Labuan Bajo, Jakarta – Pontianak, Jakarta – Aceh, Jakarta – Batam, Jakarta – Balikpapan, Jakarta – Palembang, Jakarta – Bengkulu, Jakarta – Sorong, Jakarta – Kendari, Jakarta - Ambon, Jakarta – Jayapura, Makassar – Ambon, Balikpapan – Palembang, and Ambon - Langgur.

Ikhsan further ensured that Garuda Indonesia would maintain its maximum service standard of 5-star airlines despite the discounts. Moreover, the corporate would offer multiple promotion programs for customers via travel fair or online market.
